Pros: Good central location Cons: Be aware stairs are steep and narrow so can be a workout brining luggage up and down.

Very nice place, just plan to open main door when it is cloudy.

Pros: great location and very clean. Cons: key pad to open front door was almost impossible to read. My travel partner had to do it as I could NEVER read the numbers. One day she could not read it but I was already inside and opened up when she called me. Terrible system.

Pros: Perfect location. Clean. All we needed for two night stay. Cons: We did not realise we had to carry our heavy bags up narrow stairs.

A Great find if you’re visiting Iceland.

Pros: We really enjoyed the apartment: you can’t beat the location. It’s close to downtown sights, the waterfront, restaurants and pubs. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. We originally had booked the apartment for three nights prior to our island tour. Based on our positive experience, we rebooked it following our tour. Alfred’s studios is a great find. Cons: We liked just about everything. If I was going to be very picky, I would say we could have used much more coffee. We got rained on a lot and it was nice coming back to a hot cup of coffee. Overall, great job by their management.
