Room was clean tidy and very comfortable
Good
Pros: It was clean and comfy. Cons: Quite noisy from the fans across the street and a lot of dump trucks in the morning.
Satisfactory
Great location, very comfortable bed. A bit rough around the edges, cups were dirty. Has great potential to become a higher budget hotel.
Dirty, would not recommend.
Pros: Great location. Good pillows. Bedding seemed fresh and white. Cons: Filthy bathroom, clumps of hair from previous guests and a deep clean is needed. Poorly tiled, so gaps everywhere, strong smell of damp. Room was very hot - had a fan but that was very loud. Windows had to be wide open throughout the night, but around 5am deliveries started for neighbouring businesses. Additionally, periodic loud noise from building opposite- I think this was their ventilation system. Badly stained fabric on chair next to bed. Tiny towels!
October here averages 11°C, with around 75 mm of rain across the month.
