Comfortable and a great base for exploring Liverpool

Pros: Clean rooms and great location Cons: I felt the receptionist was a bit rude

Great stay, central to the city, lovely staff.

Pros: Pretty central to the centre, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were a nice size and were very clean. Cons: The pillows were bad, felt old and over used.

Pros: Good location and big comfy bed Cons: Could of had more toiletries. Could of had a bigger tv. Could of had mini fridge.

Lovely room, clean and great location

Pros: Location is perfect, across the road from James Street Station, plenty bars, restaurants within walking distance and just a few minutes from shopping centre..plenty public transport outside hotel Cons: Everything was excellent
