Convenient but cozy
Pros: Location was convenient to the Shibuya Station. A restaurant was connected to the hotel space. Baggage storage and delivery was very convenient. Staff was great. The bed was comfortable. Cons: The bed was difficult to get into and out of. It took up all the space in the room. There was no place to hang wet towels after showering.
