Stayed twice - at the start and end of our trip to Japan. A very comfortable stay with staff that were willing to help

Pros: Location was good and all day place had a lovely chilled and welcoming vibe. Good facilities and helpful staff. Clean room. Cons: Not much space to pack and unpack suitcases.

such a lovely area - so close to Shibuya crossing! also the vibes are impeccable, with a lovely cafe/bar down below and the BEST pizza restaurant
