Terrible - dated and poorly kept room, no sound insulation, overpriced and not worth it
Pros: Location good Cons: Nothing like the photos a dated and falling apart; walls paper thin and can hear the lift going up and down, neighbours opening and closing cupboards and showering and talking; bathroom fan doesn’t work; second bedroom dark and no natural light; take a $200 deposit ontop of cost of room

Pros: Central location and next for my medical purposes Cons: Dirty, damaged, thrift. Cockroach walking on the wall, scratched furniture, stained coach, dust under the bed.
Pros: I actually did not stay the second night - I was forced to abandon the property due to noise. The walls are paper thing and the couple next for were snorting and coughing all night. Cons: The walls are paper thin and stop no noise. Is the worst.
