Cons: Made reservation confirmed then hotel changed dates because filled up wont not respond to cancellation and charged full stay not good business !!!

Perfect stay for a quick trip!

Nice hotel in good location. Shame the air conditioning units are so loud.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, great bar area, breakfast was pretty good. Cons: Air conditioning units in the rooms are very loud! You know you are in trouble when they supply you with ear plugs next to the bed. Weren’t good enough. Thankfully had my noise canceling headphones.

Great!

The front desk staff were always incredible and fun!! Always talked to us when we came in or left, answered any questions we had, and were overall very lively people!

Great location - bring a physical Credit card and skip breakfast!

Pros: Hotel was centrally located and near the bus/ lynx station. We were in town for an NFL game and were very comfortable to walk to the Bank Of America stadium. We also walked to the Nascar hall of fame which was enjoyable. Rooms were very pleasant. We stayed in a King size room. Cons: We paid extra for breakfast but breakfast options were very limited and very disappointing - we ended up having Breakfast in the diner next door to the hotel. We arrived at the Aloft at 9pm on a busy Saturday night having travelled around DC/ Virginia/ North Carolina for previous 2 weeks staying in numer
