Aloft by Marriott Cleveland Airport

Fine hotel, excellent staff

My company (an airline) often houses our employees at this hotel, but this was my first experience at the Aloft airport in Cleveland. I have stayed at many Alofts over the years, and you can always expect a clean and comfortable stay. However, I need to specifically acknowledge the excellent staff at this particular property. I have never felt the need to rush to TripAdvisor to rave about a business until now. Upon checkin we were greeted by front desk staff with a smile, with humor, with genuine interaction. Pros: Very comfortable, convenient, easy access to coffee in the morning and a bar for a drink at night. nice sized property where you don’t have to walk for Miles to get to your room. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Dry comfortable, clean, and modern. Love the vibe. Exceptional staff. Cons: The halls and rooms were a bit dark. I thrive in natural light. Luckily the brught, comfortable, welcoming lobby was a great place to hang out.

Facility was clean, staff was friendly and easy check in.

Staff cheerful, fun and helpful. Love the circular kiosk in the middle of the lobby. Fresh architecture of rooms is what drew me there. Love the desk in front of the window too. Free entertainment in the evening is brilliant. Love the total ambiance unlike any hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say thanks. I loved my short stay!
