Wonderful

Pros: This was my second stay at the Aloft Downtown Dallas. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the design, architecture, large layouts with tall ceilings of the rooms, and beautiful views. My cousin and I plan a special getaway every year and I think we will try to keep this hotel part of our yearly tradition. Cons: Pricing for parking is not ideal.

It was average even though we requested a suite, it was not what we expected.

Pros: The location and facilities are great. Cons: The first thing I didn't like was that we chose a room with two large double beds and sofa beds, but what we got were normal beds and a normal sofa. I also didn't like that they didn't clean our room until the third day and besides, during the days we stayed there, we never managed to have breakfast because no one could tell us anything about it even though we asked, and supposedly the accommodation included breakfast for the 4 days we were there.

Good value for downtown Dallas if you want a spacious room with high ceiling

Nice place to stay and centrally located

I needed to be at the courthouse early and the hotel was just blocks away
