I like the friendliness of the staff.

Pros: Staff are very nice Cons: facility is a little old.

Good location bad bed

Pros: Good location. Close to Columbia University. That is the main reason I booked this place. Cons: 2big issues for the bed. One side of the bed was blocked by the AC unit. I had to climb from the end of the bed. Also, the bed was extremely soft!!! I was extremely hard to “ climb out and in from the sand doom “!!! I took a picture of the bad side of the bed.

Not clean, boogers on wall in room.

Pros: Carpet in room dirty, walls dirty, coffee pot dusty, molded yogurt in Cafe. Cons: Not clean

The bed was a little squeaky and I kept I could not get good sleep due to that
