Cons: I booked a room at this hotel and needed to clarify a few details regarding my reservation. Unfortunately, it was impossible to contact the hotel. I sent an email but never received a reply. I also tried calling several times, but only reached an automated answering system. I left a message, yet nobody got back to me. Very disappointing customer service, especially when guests need assistance before their stay.
Very nice hotel, close to Boston, free parking.
Pros: Very clean, stylish hotel. Good location. Quiet. I would stay here again. Cons: The only negative was the breakfast. The breakfast options were extremely low quality.

Pros: Clean and good location Cons: Staff twice woke us up in middle of the night asking for ID to confirm we were in right room. Unacceptable
Very nice property, quiet safe neighborhood yet close to major highways.
Pros: Block-out shades, tidy room, cool look and feel, comfortable beds, quality bedding and pillows. Cons: Only one wastebasket, and it was in the bathroom; there were none near the desk or beds. I'd rather have a second one so you don't have to run to the bathroom every time you need to throw something out.
Pros: Beds and pilllows were very comfortable. Cons: Had a hard time controlling room temp. Quite cool. Breakfast and bar food needs improvement.
