Really lovely

Pros: It’s just what you expect from the W. Everything is of high standard. Cons: Although leasing a private pool for baby swimming lessons is not acceptable. All a bit odd. Pool is for residents to the hotel. That was completely odd… I’m sure they will get rid of it as it cheapens the environment. Should get fined in hotel car park but this is life. GOD BLESS ALL THE STAFF

Lovely room and staff.

Pros: Ideal place for what we wanted. Lovely big room. Warm and comfortable. Cons: Only two teabags, only two sachets of milk. No biscuits and only one water in room. I stayed in a travel lodge hub last time was in London. They had a free tea and coffee machine. This one didn’t and was a more expensive stay.
