Aloft by Marriott Miami Airport

Nice quiet place to stay, close to the airport

Pros: The pool was beautiful! Staff at the front desk friendly and helpful. Cons: Needed better lighting in the room

Cons: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn on the second night. When we left the hotel, we left our iPad on the bed. Upon returning later that day, we noticed that the beds had been made, as expected, but our iPad screen was broken. It was extremely disappointing that the damage appeared to have occurred during housekeeping, yet no one informed us of what had happened. We reported the incident to the front desk shortly after discovering the damage. The following day, the manager contacted me t

Dissatisfied .

Pros: Very rude staff. Regine lied and was arguing with me. Cons: Because the information on there was misleading.

Didn’t get much sleep it was very loud all night long.

Pros: It was clean Cons: It was very loud. There was no enforcement of quiet time at night. We were woken up many times throughout the night.
