Aloft by Marriott Philadelphia Airport

Pros: Nothing. This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. Cons: Nobody seems to maintain this hotel, and neither management nor staff appear to care about their guests or their experience. We were given a room with a bed that someone had urinated on. The cleaning staff simply changed the sheets and gave the same room to another guest. We were moved twice in the middle of the night with our little baby, and we were supposedly promised a full refund. However, my card was charged as if nothing had happened. Desapointed

Pros: Close to the airport Cons: Rooms are not clean and lack of urgency to solve a problem. When I arrive the bathroom was dirty with Popo 💩 I call front desk and no one came so I call again to request a new room. I have to pack again to move all my stuffs to a very distance room… no one help me.

There when I needed it.

Pros: Comfortable room, dark, quiet, nicely outfitted. The staff was wonderful! Extra shout out to Earline in the kitchen. She was absolutely delightful. The shuttle was convenient and the drivers were superb. Cons: Two of the lights in my room didn't work, which wasn't a huge deal. The bigger concern is that I booked last minute through booking.com because of a canceled flight. My total with taxes and fees was $147. When I got to the hotel I was charged $197. Not okay, but I was just too exhausted to argue it.

The cleanliness and the indoor pool

Cons: Elevator wasn't work and we are seniors on the 3rd floor. This place needs some remodeling
