It was so convenient and it was very nice and pleasant

Pros: Easy to check-in, very nice people, great bar, good food, close to the hotel. Cons: Nothing.

Painful. I didn’t sleep at all.

Pros: Close to airport Cons: Understaffed, terrible reception staff, “upgraded” bathroom had a sliding door and motion light that didn’t stay on while showering. When asked for two water bottles for additional paid-for room guests, we were told the policy is one per room. The only food service was at the bar and took an hour to deliver tacos. This was not worth the money we spent to stay 8 hours to be close to the airport for our flight. Unworthy of the Marriott association. They didn’t honor my awards membership either.

Location was great shuttle transportation on time very efficient overall great stay I have stayed at many Alofts throughout the country and they always meet my expectations. I am a Marriott person and usually only stay at Marriott.

Pros: The beds were comfortable and there was a nice selection of fluffy to flat pillows. Very close to the airport and had a free shuttle. Cons: Check in was extremely rushed and she was a bit condescending. There could have been more outlets/USB plugs by the bed.
