Not value for money
Pros: Next door to the shopping centre, close to public transport, bathroom mirror spotless. Cons: Reception staff could be more polite and friendly, housekeeping staff rude and just ran away when asked for towels, bathroom could be improved, fridge empty, just a basic room. No bathrobe or slippers and no carpet either.

Mağduriyet ve hayal kırıklığı hala banka ile hesaplar üzerine uğraşıyoruz döndüğümüzden beri.
Pros: konum merkezi ve yataklar rahattı. Cons: Tecrübesiz veya iş bilmeyen resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ilk girişimizden itibaren bize sorun yaşattı. ilk önce iki oda ayırtmamıza rağmen hayır tek oda dedi. aile mensubu olmamıza rağmen (eşim oğlum ve ben) diğer oda başka kişi adına ayırtılmış dendi. iki kere aynı depozitoyu çekti ve bunlar olurken de gayet doğru iş yapıyormuş gibi bir hava sergiledi. daha sonra kendi de hata yaptığını fark edip bir adedi geri iade etti. check inde otel toplam ücreti ve depozito için provizyon alındı ve çıkışta tekrar alındı yani ayın 24 ve 27sinde iki kere işlem
