Great location and beds very comfortable
Pros: The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The beds were next level comfortable, they felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The breakfast was more than expected, a full buffet. I thought breakfast would be a continental so I was very happy with the price. Cons: Maybe the only thing was it took some time to check in. There was only 2 staff members. But only 3 people in the que it just felt like it took almost 20min.

Never stay here again
Pros: The location is great. Right next to KL Sentral. Very convenient for us taking the express train to the airport. Cons: Aircon isn't working consistently. We set the temperature to 23c before we went to bed and it was comfortable, but somehow in the middle of the night the aircon stopped working and we got woken from the heat and sweating. The next morning, we opened the tap and brown water came out. So gross. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Pros: The location is convenient and easy to move about in KL. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, equipped with the facilities and items that I required. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, amazing, and helpful. Cons: Nothing, everything was well for me.
Great stay
Nice hotel with an absolutely fantastic breakfast. So extensive, all freshly prepared by chefs. Nice pool, friendly staff, and nice room. Location is also fine. You walk straight into the train station from the hotel.
