Excellent
The apartment is very nice, spacious, well-organized, and has very excellent furniture. The apartment owner is a classic and luxurious person, you can tell from the apartment's arrangement, details in the decor, the books available, and the luxurious furniture. I am booking it for the second time and will repeat the reservation when I visit Manila in the future.

I like the unit. It's clean, spacious, big windows, view, 2 bathrooms and has aircon.
Pros: I like the location. It's accessible to public transportation and close to shopping center and restaurant. The unit is spacious and clean. The caretaker is very helpful and a nice person. Cons: There are some small roaches in the kitchen, dining area, and common bathroom. I bought one can of sprayer to exterminate the cockroaches.
