Pros: Spacious apartment with big windows and high ceilings, perfect location for downtown adventures. So nice to have a bathtub! Cons: I always hate having to upload my ID to persons unknown (is it secure?), you never find out about this requirement until after your nonrefundable payment. If you don't give it, you don't get to check in. As this is required, it should be disclosed before your nonrefundable payment is taken.

Great location, lovely apartment, easy check-in, 10/10

In need of a full refurb and decent cleaner

Pros: The location was nice. The staff were perfect. Responding to any questions almost immediately. Communication for entry and the entry were seamless. Cons: There was black mould on the ceiling paint bubbling oven falling off the wall. There was still rice from the previous occupier in the microwave. Microwave was dirty general. The flat was not immaculately clean. It was passable maybe. However, I won't be staying there again.

Pros: The space and high ceilings and very comfortable bed Cons: Loved it all very easy to check in too

Pros: Location excellent. Coffee pods & water were a nice touch. Very clean. Easy check in. Good security with lift fobs. Would 100% stay again. Cons: An extra touch would be to put out bedding for sofa bed (if requested) And bigger cups (coffee pods overflowed)
