Amazing Entire Home in WOLVERHAMPTON

AVOID!!! No duvet cover, dirty and no customer service

Pros: Location Cons: Stay was booked for 5 people but property was only ready for 4: No duvet cover for third sofa bed, four chairs at the table, 4 towels etc. The sofa bed itself was "wavy" and uncomfortable. The smell of an old house and dust all over the place. Plates were dirty, kitchen table sticky, frying pan was all scratched and definitely not suitable for cooking anymore. The service was awful - I have reported the missing duvet cover and things in washing machine to the owner straight away but they said they could maybe deliver the cover next day and that their cleaning lady does not

Pros: Lots of room, comfortable beds, very clean. Cons: Tiny towels! Lack of blankets

Ok for the money but could be a lot better

No hot water!!!

Pros: Location was closed to where we needed to be. Cons: We had no hot water throughout the property in the morning we were checking out (1 night stay). I messaged the owners that we were disappointed and they didn't even apologise, just said they'll get it sorted, they said the shower is electric and hour before checkout. The endless spider webs/dirt/dust in and around the property especially around the front door, just give it a clean, it's a 2 minute job!

Pros: Lovely big house with parking. Everything there. Clean bedding and towels, also tea and coffee. Cons: Couldn't find hair dryer, although it said there was one there. Shower door leaks.
