Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Cons: Hard beds, no air conditioning. Window facing a busy street with a lot of noise. Very small bathroom.

Pros: The location was great and the staff was friendly
Pros: The location was great and the staff was friendly. The assessment of not being clean seems to be from before maintenance. The beds and kitchen facilities were clean, and I plan to use it again on my next visit to London. Cons: Check-out time is too early (10:30) and the window didn't open properly.

Great!! Would come back and will recommend.
Pros: The staff was very helpful, they went the extra mile for us after we made a request. The room size was great. The room was clean and quiet. We had a small kitchen in the room, clean and new. I recommend. Cons: The bathroom was quite small. Not an issue for us but wanted to mention in case someone cares or needs a spacious bathroom for any reason.

Pros: Good location, clean place, not too hot in the summer. Fan included as well as fridge. Cons: The pillows were extremely thin, I got neck cramps from them. I usually have very thick and hard ones at home. The experience could be different for others.
