Lovely, but we picked the wrong room. Don't make the same mistake!
Pros: Lovely quiet location in a generally noisy Randburg. Cons: We selected the "Standard Cottage" for our 1-night stay. Big mistake. At a guess this accommodation was formerly the original servant's quarters and it shows. I'm sure the rooms in the main house are as good as they look in the photos, but those in the cottage are far too small, somewhat dingy, and provided hardly sufficient room for our luggage and ourselves.

I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone
