Amberley Castle- A Relais & Chateaux Hotel

Pros: L'hotel è spettacolare, suggestivo, ben arredato. Ottimi prodotti l'Occitane in camera, colazione à la carte di buona qualità anche se servizio purtroppo lascia a desiderare (personale scostante, poco attento, ho richiesto 3 volte 1 bicchiere di acqua mai arrivato). Il parco circostante e il vicino villaggio di Amberley sono splendidi. Cons: Ci è stata data una camera al piano terra, con soffitto bassissimo, una sola finestrella che si affacciava su un passaggio che porta alle cucine, quindi impossibile da tenere aperta. Pros: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The staff, the place, the views, the atmosphere. 100/10 stars, an absolutely incredible and luxurious place. Cons: Nothing. Not a single thing was wrong.

Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel mit bitterem Beigeschmack.

Pros: Sehr schönes Anwesen in einer mittelalterlichen Burg und in einem kleinen schnuckeligen Dorf gelegen. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr geräumig. Toller Blick auf das Burgtor. Das Frühstück war lecker. Auf die Rückfrage bzgl eines Zimmerwechsels wurde direkt eingegangen und dies ohne zusätzliche Kosten angeboten. Dies war zusätzlich ein Upgrade. Diesbezüglich ein sehr guter Service. Cons: Das Personal war leider etwas schnippig und vergriff sich etwas in der Wortwahl. Beim Frühstück war der Kellner wortlos und mürrisch unterwegs. Dies hinterließ trotz gutem Essen einen faden Beigeschmack. D
