A nice brief stopover
Pros: The owner met us on our late arrival and made us very welcome, our room was at the back and very quiet . I can not really comment on the location as this was a one night stop on a lengthy driving tour of England and Wales and we arrived and went straight to bed and after a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning left for a final couple of destinations . I asked the owner if there was a launderette locally as I was running out of clean clothes and she offered to wash them which was great as they could dry overnight . Lovely time; look forward to visiting again without the dogs!!
Pros: Excellent location with parking. Amanda was delightful and so helpful, and especially tolerant of our very reactive dogs. We loved the breakfasts and the fresh coffee and I always love being able to meak tea and coffee in the room.
The house was really lovely, very tastefully decorated with gorgeous decorative and period pieces!
Loved the beautiful bathroom

Cons: For me personally a handrail on the entry steps, and up the stairs, although I understand most people would be fine without. Loved the balcony but would have lik

Had a lovely stay.
We had a really nice stay. Our room was at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, so was quiet. Bathroom was beautiful, and as there was no other guests we had the use of the shower. Amanda was friendly and lovely and I gained a new best friend "Trudy" she sat outside our room and welcomed us when we came out. We would definitely stay there again.
