Pros: Good staff attention
Pros: Good staff attention. Stylish furniture. Good breakfast. Cons: I only rated 9 because there is no garage, and the nearby garage with which the hotel has an agreement has very narrow spaces. But everything else was excellent.

Do not choose this hotel!
Terrible service! They do not respond to messages! Access to the hotel was blocked due to the crowd of people because of the final World Cup game, and the hotel staff did not bother to inform us that there was no access or provide a way to ensure that we could arrive, despite attempts to contact them. After 3 hours, we had to find another hotel to spend the night, as it was already 8:30 pm and they did not respond to my messages!! Nevertheless, they did not cancel and charged for the night! A total outrage!
