Pros: Check in details were detailed and easy to follow. Communications before and after the trip were consistent and appreciated. Cons: Disgusting bathroom and poor room structure. Mold all over the bathroom on top of cracked corners.

Pros: The location is quite convenient and the host was responsive. If you are looking for a cheaper place on Manhattan and you don’t care as much about cleanliness, it’s a okay place to stay. Cons: We stayed in the room with private bathroom. First of all, the bathroom is not private as you have to enter via public space. The owner insured us that other guests have instructions not to enter those spaces but it still didn’t feel private to me. Also, the bathroom is very small. Secondly, the place is dirty. On pictures it looks clean but the reality is very different. The room has a weird odor
Cool decor and furniture. Awesome tv and in general true to everything mentioned in the description. Helpful, kind hosts, would definitely recommend, especially for its price, pretty location.
Pros: Communication with the host was excellent - they were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Times Square. Overall, I had a good stay. Cons: The cleanliness left a bit to be desired (bugs).
