Good quality 3star hotel
Pros: Ticked all the boxes for what we wanted Cons: Nothing
Excellent choice and value for central London. Homely, lovely rooms, very good breakfast and helpful
Pros: Excellent location, beautifully refurbished rooms with a romantic English style, excellent breakfast, homely, all staff helpful and polite and most importantly clean. Excellent quality carpeting and curtains for a 3-star hotel. Room was very quiet. Loved it and will keep revisiting when in London. Cons: Nothing
Disappointed
Pros: Location Cons: Not worth the value. Hotel Lift is an ancient wooden manual lift. The pictures on the internet can be deceptive.
Pros: petit hotel cozy et chaleureux Cons: Le bruit du métro, ma chambre était au sous sol;

Was also informed that no one had reported a mouse since, therefore I guess that confirms that my sanity needed questioning as implied by the hotel in their response to me. Or perhaps other guests were sleeping like I should have been & therefore
