Pros: I never stayed there because the rooms are a pigsty. Cons: It was in poor condition and the facilities were dirty; my room smelled horrible and the cleanliness was terrible.

Given the demand for rooms due to World Cup match, I understand why the price/value seemed high, but I would expect

Pros: Close to ballpark Cons: Room smelled of smoke, no in-room coffee, cheap fixtures (towel rack fell off the wall while taking a towel off)

My stay was adequate for the use. Very affordable--you get what you pay for.

Pros: The breakfast was less than desired. Not my idea of a complementary offering. However, my room was comfortable for the most part. Good for the price, I guess. The best part was the location's proximity to my purpose in visiting Kansas City. Cons: The hotel room was very outdated. It felt like I had gone back 30 years! The furnishings were old, but functional, the bathroom was fair at best--much in need of updates! The television worked well, but was much smaller to other hotels I have recently stayed.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Cons: No complaints
