the worst thing that could have happened to me
Pros: I never stayed there because the rooms are a pigsty. Cons: It was in poor condition and the facilities were dirty; my room smelled horrible and the cleanliness was terrible.

Given the demand for rooms due to World Cup match, I understand why the price/value seemed high, but I would expect
Pros: Close to ballpark Cons: Room smelled of smoke, no in-room coffee, cheap fixtures (towel rack fell off the wall while taking a towel off)
