Pros: a very dirty room. Full of dust. Bath shower clogged. I specifically requested smoke free, for medical reasons, and I couldn't breathe at night because the smok nextdoor. Cons: They can just do better at cleaning and do some maintenance more often. Make sure you have a section of smoke free.
