Pros: It is a wonderfully unique property. The bedding was super comfortable. The room was very spacious. Cons: It is a bit out of the way for the business traveller.

The staff was really friendly
The staff was really friendly. I couldn’t drive into the property and they made extra efforts to come fetch me at the gate all the time.

Royal treatment at AmmaZulu Palace!
Pros: The service from the moment we arrived! Alta was exceptional she couldn’t have done enough for us. She arranged breakfast and an airport taxi for us. She understood we needed to rest before our long flight the next flight and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The views of Kloof from the pool at the rear of the Palace were stunning also! Cons: Keep in mind it’s a guest house not a hotel so there is no bar or restaurant but there are loads of delivery services for food and groceries (Uber Eats) Alta also helped us how to arrange these deliveries!

Unique African art/fit-out, feels a bit tired and eerie, good for a oncer on holiday!
Pros: A unique African fit-out Cons: Seems a bit tired and rough around the edges, miles away which is good and bad (if you dont have a car), lacking food & bev for casual relaxing on a business trip. Expectiations of a hotel for a business trip not there, more of a funky one night holiday b&b.
