Great atmosphere and time spent with family
Pros: I loved the location, and the experience of staying on the canal. The houseboat was very clean and relaxing. Cons: I did not like the fact that we had to wait almost 30min to get into the space. I was told to send a message via WhatsApp at 14:30 to gain access. I sent a message 14:40, and received no response. I called and left a message, then another WhatsApp message at 15:04, and finally received a response at 15:21. I’m a very punctual person and would have appreciated if the individual would have just sent me an access message at 14:30 instead of me having to message him, as I was ti
Great ambience, original concept of living on a houseboat.
Pros: Original concept, great to be on the canal. Cons: Checkin was delayed and staff was a bit rude and unclear about it. Wasn't clear until 2:30 pm when I can come and check in. Created a bit of last minute stress. Would be great to have an open terrace

Pros: Perfect location, everything within walking distance, uncomplicated check-in, always available friendly host, very nice houseboat right in the center of Amsterdam, shops and restaurants within walking distance, parking for loading and unloading right in front and chargeable Cons: The kitchen equipment is completely sufficient for breakfast. Otherwise rather minimalist: nevertheless, we were satisfied, as one usually wants to eat out.
