Staff do not care, they cancelled my booking at 8pm arrival.

Pros: Location Cons: We'd booked our stay at AMTD months in advance, specifically booking this hotel because of the location. We'd made plans and dinner reservations. At our arrival at 8pm on a Friday night, the unempathetic staff told us they had changed our booking, moving us to the Hilton Garden Inn in Midtown. I was pretty gobsmacked, as I hadn't been contacted to which they said 'you used a third party' (booking.com). Booking.com has a chat service, to which the staff didn't say anything. Booking.com also gives them the guest phone number, but the AMTD did not care for that either. The ho

Nice hotel in a very nice location in Tribeca.

Pros: The location next to the subway, clean room with mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Cons: The double beds are a bit small. Queensize would be more comfortable for a stay for our family of four.
