I don't even know where to start describing how awful this place is. 5 stars it is not, we felt totally scammed, I've stayed in 3-star hotels WAY better than this hell hole. We arrived at 1:30 pm (check-in is at 2), the room was not ready. I can sort of understand that but other hotels, especially those claiming to be 5 stars, already have a room available 30 min before the check-in. The girl on reception immediately tried to upsell us a more expensive room, then disappeared before checking us in, and we stood by the reception counter for over half an hour, with no-one updating us or showing a

Great hotel, rooms are large & clean. Amazing service from all the staff. The room attendants were really thorough and always make sure you have everything you need. The staff at the pool are great too! Location great. Only small downside is the lifts are a bit slow only 3 for 25 floors so can take a while for one to arrive / be empty.

The hotel and the room were extremely clean. The staff were exceptional from greeting you on arrival right through to leaving to come home. Everyone demonstrated the will to help and could not do enough for us. It was in a fantastic location making it very accessible to a local supermarket, restaurants, beach, and the Ain Dubai.
