I don't even know where to start describing how awful this place is. 5 stars it is not, we felt totally scammed, I've stayed in 3 star hotels WAY better than this hell hole. We arrived at 1:30pm (check-in is at 2), the room was not ready. I can sort of understand that but other hotels, especially those claiming to be 5 stars, already have a room available 30 min before the check in. The girl on reception immediately tried to upsell us a more expensive room, then disappeared before checking us in, and we stood by the reception counter for over half an hour, with no-one updating us or showing an

Great hotel, rooms are large & clean. Amazing service from all the staff. The room attendants were really thorough and always make sure you have everything you need. The staff at the pool are great too! Location great. Only small downside is the lifts are a bit slow only 3 for 25 floors so can take a while for one to arrive / be empty.
