A good hotel with helpful staff, who did everything to make my stay comfortable.

Pros: The staff were responsive when I raised concerns about my first room and moved me to one with a much better pool and garden view. The property itself was comfortable enough, and staying there helped me start exploring and understanding the different areas of Phuket. Cons: My original room faced the back of the property, and although I asked about upgrading, there was no sea-view option available. The biggest disadvantage was the location, as it felt disconnected from central Patong and required more planning and transport than I expected, which reduced the value of my limited time in Phu

Pros: The staff and the distance to the beach Cons: The food - its okay okay only and the lack of ventilation.

Was great can be improved great room service

Cons: Shower was leaking and buggy to take us to the private entrance for our room was never ready

Pros: The facilities & ambience of the hotel were fab Cons: Balcony could have been cleaner
