Absolutely perfect location for those who love the French concession area. Andaz-style room design - stylish in a non-boring way. Very fast and efficient room service. Good massage at the spa.

Pros: Hotel, ambiance , room , breakfast. Cons: Wi Fi too slow and many internet site including VPN is blocked.

I loved everything about my stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.
