Pros: Staff was incredibly helpful and kind Cons: Heat came on at 5. It was a little cold until best kicked in.

Pros: Location Helpful staff Clean rooms Cons: Rooms can be considered small Some rooms (especially 1st floor) are too noisy. Rooms are facing inside hall, therefore you hear all the noise made by other people.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Hot water. Location, close to everything. Refreshments coffee tea water available 24/7. Good breakfast. Cons: Noise. Hear movement from other units especially if not on the top floor.. Make signage more visible for no paper in toilets.

Pros: The location Cons: You can feel the noise from the upper rooms because of the wooden floor. The towels are of poor quality
