Pros: Great Location Cons: There is no staff at all. No one at the front desk the whole time we were there. We never saw one staff member. They email you your room number and code. Our door lock never worked, it was never locked we just walked right in our room without entering a code and was never able to lock our room when we would leave. So our room was never secure. You could just open the door at any time. Our room was not clean either. Dirty towels, foul smelling bathroom, and bed was half made. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed

Good Location for the Quarter if you don't need a pristine hotel stay.

Pros: Staff was friendly when there but it's mostly a virtual experience. Great location to Bourbon St., Jackson Square, and great restaurants. Cons: When I arrived staff was there to check me in but others I noticed were confused when they arrived and there was no staff. They had to call a number and get the codes to the doors. Personally I'm not a fan of no-key locks that are opened via code as it's unknown how often they're changed. Hotel was clean but is old and needs updating. Lots of cracks in the walls; towel hanger not installed sitting under the sink. If you're sensitive to sound
