Disappointing
Pros: Nothing Cons: The gaming table was broken. The apartment wasn’t to a acceptable level of cleanliness. Window was locked closed but open so could not close. To warm downstairs and freezing upstairs. No spoons for breakfast.
MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Pros: We booked this accommodation for 2 nights as it is just 10 minutes drive to LEGOLAND . I have read a lot of concerning reviews about this property after payment. But my booking was non-refundable. I went with my big family (5 adults and 5 children) bearing a lot of worries. BUT it was an AMAZING STAY. There are private parking for 2 cars. The place was super clean with fresh smell beddings. There was a smart TV in the first floor with wifi and a data show in the ground floor, full size fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, and dining set. The game table was a bit old but well funct

Cons: We booked around 20 days prior to our trip and despite checking in twice with the management company I received a form to fill in and submit ID approx. 2 hours before check in, this could have been done sooner.

Fantastic communication from the host
Disappointing, I should have read previous reviews. My fault.
Pros: Bedding was clean. Off-road parking. Nothing else jumps out, wouldn’t stay again. Cons: Had to message the host for the actual address. Issued a proforma to complete with ID but this was on the day of arrival we were already on route which was a little awkward. Had to chase again later on for access details. We felt a little uncomfortable accessing space through the living room where others were. Feels like you are intruding.
