Everything was perfect. In fact, the hotel exceeded expectation in every way. From the minute we arrived, we were met by a porter who brought our bags from the taxi to the hotel, to the welcome drink and introduction of the hotel and island, to the delicious breakfasts, to the friendly professional staff, everything was perfect. Special thank you to George who made us feel as VIPs every day. He was a gem. We highly recommend this hotel for the location, quality, professionalism, and most of all the splendour of the view.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful quiet property, literally perfect location. 10 minute walk to beautiful Fira, and all the hustle and bustle, but hotel located in a quiet area, near the top of the hill overlooking not only Fira, but great Caldera view. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. A few things however, their restaurant is really not a restaurant, just a few table by the pool. If you want quiet, romantic and the view, this has it, but but more like eating on a patio. We got the junior suite, and I felt a waste of money. Same size as our friends regular room. Yes, we had a balcony,
