Wonderful location but the apartment could use a thorough cleaning and updated furnishing.

Pros: Great location - beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Cons: I’m typically satisfied if a place is simply clean, but this place was dingy (one small window with very little natural light) and unclean. Didn’t use the couch due to stains.

We love New Orleans and look forward to returning many times.

Pros: Entry was easy and our host, Dominic, was very pleasant and responsive when we requested towels, bowls, and a toaster. You will love meeting Bruno and his twin Remy! Invest in a few dog treats and you'll have them eating out of your hand. Street parking was fine and we walked to many stores and restaurants on Magazine, St. Charles, Tchoupitoulas," and beyond. We always felt safe on the property and around the neighborhood even after dark. Cons: No washer or dryer on site, but the laundry at corner of Magazine and Valence was convenient. We dropped off our clothes and "Cindy" had them was

Affordable place for the location - but not worth the price for something damp, dirty, and dark

Pros: The good: Location! Easy walking distance to Magazine Street and everything else in the garden district. The price for the area was a good deal. Lots of great local restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, and a very safe neighborhood. Cons: The not so good: The apartment smelled mildewy and everything seemed slightly damp - the air conditioning units didn't seem to help sufficiently dehumidify the space and all of my clothing felt damp. The floors were sticky. The pillows were incredibly flat/broken down and the bedding didn't feel very clean or fresh. The shower was super slippery and need

Great location, clean and comfy little apartment

Pros: Great location tucked away in a side street off the fun Magazine street. Easy enough to get into the city. Place was clean and beds were comfy, did the job perfectly. Cons: Water pressure from the shower was a little weak, but generally can't really complain at all
