Pros: Nothing at all Cons: We travel from Liverpool and when we arrived staff from the hotel say that hotel is closed, I already pay for 2 nights and at the end without any solution from the hotel staff they leave us on the street with two kids 6 years old and 2 years old. Very stressful and bad experience. Hotels like this shouldn't exist,because after this I'll think twice before I use booking.com.
Pros: The receptionist was kind. The place had microwave, fridge, fan , and was spacious. Close to tube station and hyde park. Cons: The place was not clean. There were small mice in the room which we discovered on our second day of stay. their feces were under the fridge and the cupboard. The windows were stuck. There were no clothes hangers, and the bathroom smelled bad.

Pros: Es barato, en un buen barrio y cerca del metro, pero no merece la pena. Cons: Horrible. Sucio. Viejo. Descuidado. Continuamente se rompían las conducciones de agua y se inundaba la habitación. Tuvimos que cambiar en tres ocasiones porque diluviaba agua de las plantas superiores. No hubo ni una disculpa ni una compensación por dormir con goteras. Los baños son insalubres. El microondas está en el escurreplatos (con el consiguiente peligro). La nevera no cerraba porque el congelador desbordaba hielo. Todo estaba sucio, roto y desastrado.
