Despite the small room, still had a good stay
Pros: Location is top Cons: Very small and cramped for 2 people
Convenient and comfortable (initial AC issue notwithstanding)
Pros: Location was excellent. Cons: -Elevators were frequently full. -No in-room safe -TV said that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so I understood that to mean we cannot control it in the room, AC panel also off. Very hot in Tokyo and my room got very hot, so on my second night I ended up going to the front desk at 1 am to see what they could do and the guy said oh it was set to 28, so he gave me a piece of paper on how to change the AC myself.
Thank you

Pros: The location. Cons: There is no flexibility with customers' needs and struggles, rooms are really small, no air conditioning in the hallways, you need to put out the room trash cans, and once they are empty put them back, no water fountains, just the first day they give you two water bottles.
Good value and a safe place to stay.
Pros: Well situated in the Shinjuku area within walking distance to the train station. The staff were competent and caring. Cons: The business model for this hotel is small rooms, suitable for comfortable sleeping and self-care but not much else.
