Pros: Its location and staff, very friendly except for one person at the reception (a Spanish gentleman not particularly friendly) Cons: Very old facilities not renovated for decades.

LOCATION CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING CENTERS AND SUPERMARKETS, YOU CAN GET EVERYTHING.
Pros: It is in an excellent location, close to metro and bus station that takes you to any place of interest within the city of Madrid. Cons: Sheets and blankets.
