Pros: The place was relatively clean. It was in a nice, quiet area in Sitges perfect for quiet, relaxing evenings. Inside wasn't anything special but it did the job. It was clean and comfortable which is what was expected. Cons: Well, I didn't like being sent to another hotel at midnight to go and collect our room key / check in because the staff had gone home. Especially when I had to wait there until someone who was actually at our hotel had to come to where we was to bring the key. What annoyed me the most was when we got to our room that night, the door didn't shut properly or lock so we

Good Studio, but Service Needs Improvement

Pros: The studio is spacious, well equipped, and has everything you need. The large terrace is excellent. Cons: The floor was dirty when I arrived and was only cleaned after I requested it two days later. Housekeeping is very limited — the room was cleaned only once during my six-day stay, despite repeated requests. The air conditioning also switches off by itself and needs to be restarted frequently. The sofa is dirty and glass window was broken. There are some insects and small creatures when the door or terrace is left open, as shown in the photos. There was no soap provided, and the room
