A very stressful and disappointing stay, especially after our cancelled flight.
Pros: The property was not clean or properly prepared when we arrived after midnight. There was no bedding or towels, and cleaning products were left by the front door. (Video evidence available) We also had difficulties checking in and were asked to pay again despite already paying through Booking.com. Overall, the experience was very stressful and disappointing, particularly after our flight had been cancelled Cons: See above
