An amazing place in a peaceful mountain valley. Great hikes and activities for our family with kids.

Positive surprise in Vall de Núria
Pros: The location is perfect. The facilities of the apartments are very good, we were in two 6-person apartments and each one has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Cons: There are some elements a bit old or poorly maintained in the bathrooms and kitchens. In our apartment, the fridge was not working well and had ice, and a fluorescent light fell in the bathroom.

We were assigned a dirty room used by another family.
Pros: Once we were assigned a room that was not cleaned and very dirty, the manager made the right decisions and resolved the situation in a short period of time. Congratulations to this worker!! Cons: Zero sympathy or willingness to please at the reception by a dark-haired girl with glasses and making us wait until 5 in the afternoon to enter, and the room assigned to us is not cleaned, dirty from the previous guests.
