Pros: 有簡易廚房設備、沙發、餐桌，可以簡單煮食，一樓有大型超市，週邊很多蔬果店，離L1地鐵很近 Cons: 續住打掃很簡單，清理垃圾大致清掃而已，浴室及廁所設置在一起，多人使用比較不方便
