Pros: It was very comfortable. Cons: It is a small apartment complex, well maintained , and quiet.

Pros: Only the location. Cons: The filth, Cockroaches, smelled horrible, had to buy a new shower curtain due to mold, amenities were scarce and not in usable condition. For example, the towels were badly stained. Bathtub had months worth of soap scum buildup m, which we had to clean before using, overall filthy conditions
