Horrible experience

Pros: Nothing, we didn’t even get to see. Cons: Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We arrived at the apartment we had booked and confirmed, but we were not able to check in or stay there. We waited for around one hour, calling the phone number provided in the reservation, only to be kept on hold and passed around. The person on the phone was not even the owner, and the check-in instructions we received were completely useless and unclear. After wasting our time and leaving us stressed and confused, we were finally told that there was “a problem with the apartment” and that

Desgraça completa, vergonhoso

Pros: Nada. Tinha tudo marcado, confirmei 2 dias antes, 1 dia antes, na manhã da reserva, às 17h do dia da reserva, e quando cheguei finalmente como combinado às 17h30 a anfitriã diz que me liga em 5 min e nunca mais me liga. Falei com o pessoal do booking que conseguiu ter esclarecimentos desta pessoa, visto eu não ter conseguido, e a conclusão foi "imprevisto, a casa não está disponível nem estará, por favor cancele a reserva"... e acrescento eu um desemerdem-se onde irão dormir pois não é problema meu... Cons: Era suposto o check in ser feito a partir das 14h, perguntamos se estava disponív

Pros: Nice location near beach, restaurants and bars. Bus stop nearby to get into the old town. Balcony was nice additional sunny space with sea views when stood up Cons: A few appliances had issues but have been reported so hopefully will be fixed before other guests arrive
