Ottima posizione e personale TOP

Pros: Struttura posizionata a pochi passi dalla Metro (Tower Hill), e vicinissima a Tower Bridge e allo SkyGarden. Zona tranquilla e sicura a tutte le ore. Camera familiare luminosa e abbastanza spaziosa (ovviamente il divano letto aperto non lasciava troppo spazio attorno, ma ci siamo stati comodamente in 4 per 6 notti). Ottimo servizio di pulizia quotidiana. Colazione molto buona con una buona scelta di frutta, brioches, cereali e opzioni salate. Piatti ordinabili à lá carte deliziosi. Nota di merito sicuramente per il personale! Sempre sorridente e cordiale, disponibilissimo in ogni momento

Pros: Location, super clean, friendly staff, modern design; excellent breakfast, great coffee and delicious pizzas (from the night kitchen) I also loved the variety of teas, coffee and biscuits in the room and many thanks for the complimentary water Cons: I would still stay again with the hotel, but I would appreciate of there was extra storage for clothes, because there were enough drawers, hangers or shelves for storing clothes, also there were not enough hangers /drying racks for towels in the bathroom Additional chair in the room would also be lovely If you could install an extra shelf
