Great stay.

Pros: Clean. Had a free upgraded room. Was left a cake for a birthday. Staff very friendly. Cons: Was expensive.

Staff were wonderful which made the negatives better.

Pros: Good access to transport. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were pleasant when air conditioning was working. Cons: Air conditioning in room wasn’t working. Staff managed to move us the 2nd night but were unable to the first night. Limited sleep due to lack of ventilation in room. No eggs for breakfast due to no gas.

Great staff, special stay

Pros: Extra touches to make our stay more special for our wedding Cons: They didn’t have gas one morning for eggs but that was sorted
